The common characteristic of the products is: Heavy cut, high efficiency, suitable for producing huge amount of wood processing. Flexibility feed-in equipment which can change the timber from be curved to straight, be suitable for the manufacturing industry of the furniture to choose. It can supply meticulous and parallel surface for being good in follow-up processing, and be more suitable for integrated raw material in preparing material processing.
Double surface planer is suitable for not only wood but also nonmetal, such as PVC, bakelite, plastic material, graphit... etc. Having many clients use our machinery to process this kind of raw material.

Well Laid-out pressure spikes
The pressure spikes are in an overlapped layout with a minimum of gaps that hold the workpiece firmly and evening ensuring shake-free feeding, even for short workpiece.

Feeding inverter
Digital display and quick operation to reduce wear on mechanical gearbox.

Rear control device
Instant response and emergency stop to any abnormality, or just to stop/start the feeding, and provide the operator at the rear to perform on-site height adjustment of machine.

Quick thickness setting
Fast and convenient thickness setting can be achieved by simply placing a wood sample of identical thickness under the micro switch. (standard equipment on models 610A and 635ARD only. Optional for other models.)

Gear reducer
Reduce wear caused by temperature rise and improve efficiency of power transmission.

Centralized hand lubricator
A centralized hand lubricator is provided for conveniently lubricating the elevation slideways. (standard equipment on models 610A and 635ARD only. Optional for other models.)
